Spartan & OCR
Drop-in or class membership
Spartan & OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) training builds complete fitness. It requires endurance, power, strength, agility, and speed. Students will climb, hang, jump, lift, and run to prepare both beginners and elites for their first or next Spartan or OCR race. This course will utilize the performance of functional strength training, flow movements for agility and balance, hybrid HIIT and cardio for stamina, and fun challenges on obstacles and courses. This class is taught by certified Spartan coach Matthew Johnson.
