Our OCR classes are designed to prepare athletes to conquer a wide variety of obstacles by developing both technique and overall athletic strength. This high-intensity training blends cardio, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises into a powerful workout that pushes athletes to new limits.
Led by Matthew Johnson, these classes integrate elements of parkour, ninja training, and obstacle course racing. Athletes will learn a diverse set of skills and strategies to overcome obstacles, achieve personal records, and build lasting confidence in their abilities.
