This class is for 5-7 year olds who want to learn basic ninja and parkour skills like balancing, swinging, jumping, and landing.  They'll do lots of fun exercises on and off obstacles, build confidence, and set goals.  This class takes place upstairs in our youth room where we'll prepare students with all the foundational skills necessary to participate downstairs in the main gym once they turn eight.

Age 5-7:  Tues 12:30-1:30pm

Ninja Level 1 is for athletes who want to learn and practice beginner-level ninja skills such as building momentum, swinging, landing/falling technique, trampoline technique, balance, and basic safety.  Ninja classes are centered around obstacles including ones from TV show, American Ninja Warrior, and other obstacles designed by veteran ninja, Brett Sims. They'll also focus on conditioning and strength training.  

Age 8-10:  Tues 2:30-3:30pm

Age 11-15:  Tues 1:30-2:30pm

Adult: Tues 12:30-1:30pm 

Ninja Level 1 

(requires a class membership )

Ninja Level 2 is for athletes who have moved beyond the beginner-level ninja skills. They'll continue to advance in conditioning, strength training, and coordination. They'll also learn to be responsible for their own safety. Ninja Level 1 is a prerequisite for this class.

Ages 8-15:  Tues  2:30-3:30pm

Ninja Level 2

Parkour Level 1 

(requires a class membership )

Parkour Level 1 is for athletes who want to learn and practice beginner-level parkour skills such as vaulting, swinging, jumping, landing/falling technique, balance, coordination, trampoline skills, and basic safety. They'll also participate in conditioning and strength training.

Age 8-10:  Tues 1:30-2:30pm

Age 11-15:  Tues 2:30-3:30pm

Parkour Level 2 

This parkour Level 2 class is for athletes who want to take their level 1 skills to higher ground. They'll also start learning basic flips in the foam pit and participate in conditioning and strength training. Parkour Level 1 is a prerequisite for this class. 

Age 8 - 15: 1:30-2:30pm
