Our studio room is available to rent out for classes. It is equipped with a mirror wall and flooring that is designed for activity and absorbing impact.
Book our studio for a limited time offer of just $25 per hour! Book anytime Monday through Saturday between 6am and 10 pm.* The room is perfect for teachers of dance, yoga, martial arts, etc. Call us to let us know what hours you'd like to book.

Every other Monday night at 6:30 pm starting March 22nd Kristan teaches a pilates class. This workout consists of unique moves that are performed for only 45 seconds. You will be hitting your maximal effort each time you finish a move, turning you into a fat burning machine during the workout and for hours after you’re done.
