Spartan

Spartan training builds complete fitness. It requires endurance, power, strength, agility, and speed. Students will climb, hang, jump, lift, and run to prepare both beginners and elites for their first or next Spartan race. This class is taught by certified Spartan coach Matthew Johnson.

OCR: The Fundamentals

(drop-in or class membership)

Come take part in this challenging and fun training program. You’ll learn, build, and refine the fundamentals to begin crushing your competitive goals in the world of fitness, racing, and OCR. You’ll build the tools to face any physical challenge through the evolution of your strength, agility, stamina, balance, and confidence. You’ll also acquire the knowledge to keep yourself on the path and off the couch by learning helpful techniques, recovery, and nutrition strategies. This course will utilize the performance of functional strength training, flow movements for agility and balance, hybrid HIIT and cardio for stamina, and fun challenges on obstacles and courses. Sign up and elevate yourself.
