Intro Class

This class will introduce students to both parkour and ninja.  It will give students a basic idea of the two sports and can be taken before registering for a class membership or as a one-time, fun experience.  You'll learn very basic ninja and parkour skills such as landing and falling safely, swinging, vaulting, and balance.  We recommend this class for all ages.

Motive Minis

(requires a class membership)

Wed 12:30-1:30 pm, 4:30-5:30pm or 5:30-6:30pm

Thurs 4:30-5:30pm

Fri 5:30-6:30pm 

Sat 11:00am-12:00pm

This class is for 5-7 year olds who want to learn basic ninja and parkour skills like balancing, swinging, jumping, and landing.  They'll do lots of fun exercises on and off obstacles, build confidence, and set goals. 

Level 1

Ninja Level 1 is for athletes who want to learn and practice beginner-level ninja skills such as building momentum, swinging, landing/falling technique, trampoline technique, balance, and basic safety. They'll also focus on conditioning and strength training.  

Ages 8-9:  Mon 4:30-5:30, Tues 5:30-6:30, Wed 1:30-2:30pm, or Thurs 5:30-6:30

Ages 10-12:  Mon or Wed 5:30-6:30/Tues or Thursday 4:30-5:30

Ages 11-15: Wed 2:30-3:30pm 

Ages 13-15:  Wed 4:30-5:30 or Thurs 5:30-6:30

Adult: Mon & Tues 6:30-7:30pm, Wed 12:30-1:30pm, or Wed 5:30-6:30pm

Level 2

Ninja Level 2 is for 11-15 year olds who have moved beyond the beginner-level ninja skills. They'll continue to advance in conditioning, strength training, and coordination. They'll also learn to be responsible for their own safety. Ninja Level 1 is a prerequisite for this class.

Ages 8-10: Tues 5:30-6:30pm

Ages 11-15: Wed 4:30-5:30pm 

Adult: Mon 6:30-7:30pm

Super Easy Beginner

Women's Ninja

(drop-in $20 or class membership)

This class is for women who want to increase their upper body strength but are starting from scratch. Participants will learn very basic ninja technique like building momentum on swinging obstacles, footwork, balance, and getting up a 10' warped wall. They'll also focus on conditioning, especially for upper body. If you think Ninja Warrior looks fun but you're thinking "I can't even do a pull-up"- this class is for you! Let's go ladies!

Fountain of Youth

Adult Class

(drop in for $20 or get a class membership)

Hang on to your youth!  If you want to stay mobile or get your mobility back, this is the class for you.  Very basic skills and conditioning practices will get you up and moving, decrease risk of falling and injury due to falling.  Students will practice a mixture of very basic parkour and ninja warrior.
