Intro Class

(drop-in $25)

This class will introduce you to both parkour and ninja.  It is meant to be taken once or twice to get a basic idea of the two sports and can be taken before registering for a class membership or as a one-time, fun experience.  You'll learn very basic ninja and parkour skills such as landing and falling safely, swinging, vaulting, and balance.   

Age 8 - Adult:  Wed 5:30-6:30pm

Age 8 - Adult:  Thurs 6:30-7:30pm

Motive Minis

This Class is for 5-7 year olds who want to learn basic ninja and parkour skills like balancing, swinging, jumping, and landing.  They'll do lots of fun exercises on and off obstacles, build confidence, and set goals. 

Level 1

Parkour Level 1 is for athletes who want to learn and practice beginner-level parkour skills such as vaulting, swinging, jumping, landing/falling technique, balance, coordination, trampoline skills, and basic safety. They'll also participate in conditioning and strength training.

Ages 8-9: Mon 4:30-5:30 or Tues 5:30-6:30

Ages 10-12:  Mon 5:30-6:30 or Tues 4:30-5:30

Ages 13-15:  Wed 4:30-5:30 or Thurs 5:30-6:30

Adult: Mon 5:30-6:30 or Tues 6:30-7:30

Level 2

This parkour Level 2 class is for athletes who want to take their level 1 skills to higher ground. They'll also start learning basic flips in the foam pit and participate in conditioning and strength training. Parkour Level 1 is a prerequisite for this class. 

Ages 8-11:  Wed 5:30-6:30 

Ages 12-Adult: Mon or Thurs 6:30-7:30

Fountain of Youth

Adult Class

(drop in for $25 or get a class membership)

Hang on to your youth!  If you want to stay mobile or get your mobility back, this is the class for you.  Very basic skills and conditioning practices will get you up and moving, decrease risk of falling and injury due to falling.  Students will practice a mixture of very basic parkour and ninja warrior.

Ages 30+:  Mon 6:30-7:30
