Obstacle Course Racing (OCR)

Obstacle Course Race (OCR) training builds complete fitness. It requires endurance, power, strength, agility, and speed. Students will climb, hang, jump, lift, and run to prepare both beginners and elites for their first or next obstacle course race.

Mon 6:30-7:30pm

Thurs 6:30-7:30pm
