Adult Functional Fitness

At it's core, this class focuses on general fitness, but with a fun, ninja/parkour flare. Students will utilize a mix of traditional fitness equipment like free weights, machines, etc. and some basic parkour and ninja skills like vaults, jumps, and swings. This class is a great way to squeeze in a workout while keeping it fun and interesting!
