General Fitness Class

Our general fitness class is for people who want to get fit in a fun and encouraging atmosphere with trained fitness professionals.  This class has elements typically found in a general fitness gym, such as weights and machines, but also has a bit of a ninja flare. Participants will enjoy some 

obstacle-based workouts like the warped wall, ring swing, and more.  This is not a ninja class and will not focus on ninja technique but rather a creative alternative to your regular work-out.
